CL075 is a toll-like receptor 8 (TLR8) agonist. It induces NF-kappaB activation in a reporter assay using HEK293 cells expressing recombinant human TLR8 and TNF-alpha production in isolated human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) when used at concentrations ranging from 1 to 10 µM.
