Avitinib

Avitinib is a pyrrolopyrimidine-based, irreversible inhibitor of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). It is selective for EGFR-active and T790M mutations, exhibiting a 298-fold increase in potency compared with wild-type EGFR.
