Acivicin

Description: Acivicin (AT-125), a chlorinated amino acid antibiotic produced by Streptomyces porcineus, is a gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT) inhibitor that crosses the blood-brain barrier, exhibits anticancer and antiparasitic activity, and is used in the study of visceral leishmaniasis.
