Ac-LEHD-AMC (trifluoroacetate salt)

Description: Ac-LEHD-AMC is a fluorogenic substrate for caspase-9.[1] Upon cleavage by caspase-9, 7-amino-4-methylcoumarin (AMC) is released, and its fluorescence can be used to quantify caspase-9 activity.
