Pirlimycin

Pirlimycin is a lincosamide antibiotic that is effective against Gram-positive bacteria, including Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Bacteroides, and Plasmodium. It inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by binding to the 50S subunit of the ribosome.
