Mouse VCAM-1/CD106 (Vascular cell adhesion molecule 1) ELISA Kit

The kit is a Sandwich enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of VCAM-1/CD106 in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Detection Range: 0.16--10ng/mL. Sensitivity: 0.1ng/mL. Protein function: Important in cell-cell recognition. Appears to function in leukocyte-endothelial cell adhesion. Interacts with integrin alpha-4/beta-1 (ITGA4/ITGB1) on leukocytes, and mediates both adhesion and signal transduction.
