This assay has been adapted for use with flow cytometry and fluorescence microscopy, and includes controls for Deltapsim depolarization (FCCP) and calcein quenching without the loss of membrane potential (Calcein Quenching Control).Synonyms: Mitochondrial Permeability Transition Pore, Mitochondrial PTP, mPTP.
