ENPP1/ENPP3 Cell-Based Activity Assay Kit

Cayman's ENPP1/ENPP3 Cell-Based Activity Assay Kit provides a robust and easy-to-use platform for determining the activities of ENPP1 and/or ENPP3 in live cells. The assay uses an ENPP1/ENPP3-specific fluorogenic substrate, TG-mAMP. ENPP1/ENPP3 cleaves this substrate generating free Tokyo Green(TM), which can be easily quantified using a fluorescence plate reader at excitation and emission wavelengths of 485 and 520 nm, respectively.
