Anti-phospho-p53 (Cellular Tumor Antigen p53, Phosphoprotein p53, Tumor Protein p53, Tumor Suppresso

Human p53 is a tumor suppressor protein which is mutated in many cancers. p53 expression has been linked to apoptosis caused by DNA-damaging agents and may have a role in cell-mediated cytotoxicity. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
