ZRANB1 is a positive regulator of the Wnt signaling pathway that specifically cleaves 'Lys-63'-linked ubiquitin chains. It acts by deubiquitinating APC protein, a negative regulator of Wnt-mediated transcription and may also modulate TNF-alpha signaling. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:1000, Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100, Optimal dilution to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
