Anti-Villin, NT (VIL, Villin 1, Villin-1, VIL1, D2S1471, OTTHUMP00000164145)

Villin-1 is a member of a family of calcium-regulated actin-binding proteins. This protein represents a dominant part of the brush border cytoskeleton which functions in the capping, severing, and bundling of actin filaments. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Flow Cytometry, and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:50-1:100, ELISA: 1:1,000, Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100 , Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
