Anti-TLR8

Anti-TLR8 Antibody was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography. At least three isoforms of TLR8 are known to exist. TLR8 antibody is predicted to not cross-react with other TLR protein family members. Protein function: Key component of innate and adaptive immunity. TLRs (Toll-like receptors) control host immune response against pathogens through recognition of molecular patterns specific to microorganisms. TLR3 is a nucleotide-sensing TLR which is activated by double-stranded RNA, a sign of viral infection.
