Anti-TLR3

Anti-TLR-3 Antibody was affinity purified. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with TLR3 with Human and Mouse based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Cross-reactivity with TRL3 from other sources has not been determined. This polyclonal antibody will not react with TRL1. Protein function: Key component of innate and adaptive immunity. TLRs (Toll-like receptors) control host immune response against pathogens through recognition of molecular patterns specific to microorganisms. TLR3 is a nucleotide-sensing TLR which is activated by double-stranded RNA, a sign of viral infection.
