Anti-SALL4, CT (Sal-like Protein 4, Zinc Finger Protein SALL4)

Sall4 is a probable transcription factor. Defects in Sall4 are the cause of Okihiro syndrome, also known as Duane radial ray syndrome (DRRS). It is a disorder characterized by the association of forearm malformations with Duane retraction syndrome. Sall4 is also involved in forelimb and heart development in mice. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
