Anti-RNT2, NT (RNASET2, RNASE6PL, Ribonuclease T2, Ribonuclease 6)

This ribonuclease gene is a novel member of the Rh/T2/S-glycoprotein class of extracellular ribonucleases. It is a single copy gene that maps to 6q27, a region associated with human malignancies and chromosomal rearrangement. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and ELISA. Other applications have not been tested. , Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000, Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:50-1:100, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
