Anti-PCNA (Clone IPO-38)

The proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) becomes detectable in the G1 phase of the cell cycle and reaches a maximum level of expression during mitosis. PCNA is highly conserved across species and is a critical part of the DNA polymerase delta holoenzyme. The level of PCNA expression depends on the proliferative potential of the cell examined. Caymanl's PCNA Monoclonal Antibody can be used for analysis of PCNA by Western blot, flow cytometry, immunocytochemistry, and immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin-embedded tissue) on samples from multiple species.
