Anti-MALT1 (MLT1, Mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma translocation protein 1, Paracaspase 1)

Mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma translocation protein 1 (MALT1) is an ~91kD intracellular adaptor protein that forms a complex with Bcl10 and CARMA-1. The caspase-like domain of MALT1 cleaves Bcl10 and the NFkB inhibitor A20. This results in NFkB activation following signal transduction from cell surface ITAM-containing receptors including the T cell and B cell antigen receptors. Applications: Suitable for Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS, 0.02% sodium azide. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
