Anti-LAG-3 (ATTO 647N) (Lymphocyte Activation Gene-3, FDC Protein, CD223)

Lymphocyte activation gene 3 (LAG-3, CD223) plays an important role in negatively regulating T cell proliferation, function and homeostasis. It is required for maximal natural and induced regulatory T cell (Treg) function. LAG-3 is closely related to the T cell co-receptor CD4 and binds to MHC class II molecules but with a significantly higher affinity than CD4. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:100, Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
