Anti-LAG-3 (ATTO 488) (Lymphocyte Activation Gene-3, FDC Protein, CD223)

Lymphocyte activation gene 3 (LAG-3, CD223) plays an important role in negatively regulating T cell proliferation, function and homeostasis. It is required for maximal natural and induced regulatory T cell (Treg) function. LAG-3 is closely related to the T cell co-receptor CD4 and binds to MHC class II molecules but with a significantly higher affinity than CD4. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:100, Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Excitation (Max): 501nm , Emission (Max): 523nm, Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: ATTO 488 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
