Anti-Interleukin 33 (IL-33)

Applications:, Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, Neutralization and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 0.2-0.8ug/ml as capture antibody, Immunocytochemistry: 5-15ug/ml using immersion fixed human PBMCs treated with PMA and calcium ionomycin, Neutralization: Measured by its ability to neutralize IL­33­induced proliferation in the D10.G4.1 mouse helper T cell line. The Neutralization Dose (ND50) is typically 0.75­3.0ug/ml in the presence of 1 ng/mL recombinant human IL­33 and sub­optimal amounts of mouse CD3-epsilon monoclonal antibody., Western Blot: 0.1ug/ml using rhIL-33 as sample, , Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
