Anti-Glutamine Synthetase, NT (GLNS, GLUL, GS, Glutamate Ammonia Ligase, Glutamate Decarboxylase, PI

GLUL belongs to the glutamine synthetase family. It catalyzes the synthesis of glutamine from glutamate and ammonia. Glutamine is a main source of energy and is involved in cell proliferation, inhibition of apoptosis, and cell signaling. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications have not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:10-1:50, Western Blot: 1:1000-1:2000, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
