Anti-DYRK4, ID (DYRK4, Dual specificity tyrosine-phosphorylation-regulated kinase 4)

Dual-specificity kinases, such as DYRK4, play key roles in cell proliferation, survival, and development (Zhang et al., 2005 [PubMed 15607427]). Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
