Anti-DAAM2, NT (Disheveled-associated Activator Of Morphogenesis 2, KIAA0381)

DAAM2 is a 1068 amino acis protein belonging to the formin homology family. It contains one of each DAD (diaphanous autoregulatory), FH1 (formin homology 1), FH2 (formin homology 2) and GBD/FH3 (Rho GTPase-binding/formin homology 3) domain. Its main function is actin cytoskeleton organization, thus leading to cell organization and biogenesis. It plays a role in Rho GTPase binding and is expressed mostly in spinal cord and nerve tissues. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:50-1:100, Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-1:50, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
