Anti-DAAM2, NT (Disheveled-associated Activator Of Morphogenesis 2, KIAA0381) (Azide free) (HRP)

DAAM2 is a 1068 amino acis protein belonging to the formin homology family. It contains one of each DAD (diaphanous autoregulatory), FH1 (formin homology 1), FH2 (formin homology 2) and GBD/FH3 (Rho GTPase-binding/formin homology 3) domain. Its main function is actin cytoskeleton organization, thus leading to cell organization and biogenesis. It plays a role in Rho GTPase binding and is expressed mostly in spinal cord and nerve tissues. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:50-1:100, Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-1:50, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. , , Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
