Allophycocyanin conjugated CD80 Monoclonal Antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant via affinity chromatography and is directed against mouse CD80. CD80 has cross reactivity with canine, cross reactivity from other sources has not been tested. Anti-CD80 is conjugated with APC under optimal conditions and the solution is free of unconjugated APC. Protein function: Involved in the costimulatory signal essential for T lymphocytes activation.
