CD43 is a cell surface antigen also known as leukosialin and sialophorin. This is a heavily glycosylated and sialylated single chain glycoprotein, expressed by all leukocytes with the exception of most B lymphocytes. FITC: Protein (molar ratio): 5.5: 1 , Recommended Negative Controls: Mouse IgG1 Negative Control: FITC, Applications: Flow Cytometry: Neat, Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 100ul of whole blood or 10e6 cells in 100ul. , Storage and Stability:, Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
