Effectively inhibits transmigration of activated polymorphonuclear cells and monocytes across the endothelium. In a mouse model for acute peritonitis, blocks acute inflammation. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Functional Assays. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 0.1ug/ml. Use 5ul of the suggested working dilution to label 100ul of whole blood., Optimal working dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary Antibodies: Goat anti hamster IgG: (FITC), Goat anti hamster IgG: RPE, Recommended Negative Controls: Hamster IgG Negative Control, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
