Anti-CD270

Human CD270 (Herpes Virus Entry Mediator, TNFRSF14, ATAR, LIGHTR, TR2) is a 36kd type I membrane protein that has been found on a broad range of lymphoid tissues. Its ligands include the TNF Ligand family members Lta and LIGHT, and the CD28/Ig Superfamily member BTLA(2). Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 5ug/ml (80ul), Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Flow Cytometry Protocol: 1. Five x10e5 cultured human U-937cells/tube were washed and pre-incubated for 5 minutes with 20ul of 0.25mg/ml human IgG (to block non-specific binding) after which they were incubated 45 minutes on ice with 80ul of C2549-18 at 5ug/ml. , 2. Cells were washed twice and incubated with 50ul secondary reagent IgG (FITC) goat anti-mouse, after which they were washed three times, fixed and analyzed by FACS. , 3. Cells stained positive with a mean shift of 1.0 log10 fluorescent units when compared to a mouse IgG2a negative control at a similar concentration. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
