Anti-CD270 (Biotin)

Human CD270 (Herpes Virus Entry Mediator, TNFRSF14, ATAR, LIGHTR, TR2) is a 36kd type I membrane protein that has been found on a broad range of lymphoid tissues. Its ligands include the TNF Ligand family members Lta and LIGHT, and the CD28/Ig Superfamily member BTLA(2). Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
