Anti-CD22 (B Cell Receptor CD22, B-Lymphocyte Cell Adhesion Molecule, BL-CAM, T-cell Surface Antigen

CD22 is a single-pass type 1 membrane glycoprotein found in the cytoplasm and cell membrane of B-lymphocytes. CD22 has at least two isoforms (alpha and beta) produced by alternate splicing. The protein exists predominantly as a monomer of the beta isoform (95kD). It is also found as a heterodimer of the beta and alpha isoforms. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry (formalin fixed, paraffin-embedded): 0.5-1ug/ml, Western Blot: 0.1-0.5ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
