Allophycocyanin conjugated CD154 Monoclonal Antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant via affinity chromatography and is directed against mouse CD154. Cross reactivity with CD154 from other sources has not been tested. Anti-CD154 is conjugated with APC under optimal conditions and the solution is free of unconjugated APC. Protein function: Cytokine that binds to TNFRSF5. Mediates B-cell proliferation in the absence of co-stimulus as well as IgE production in the presence of IL-4.
