Anti-Caspase-12, NT

Caspase 12 is a member of the interleukin-1 Beta converting enzyme (ICE) subfamily of caspases. Caspase 12 is ubiquitously expressed in mouse tissue and is localized to the endoplasmic reticulum. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-1ug/ml, Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 10ug/ml, Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining. Sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0, is recommended., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Heart tissue (IHC), Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
