Anti-BTG4 (B-cell Translocation Gene 4)

This protein belongs to the BTG family and the unprocessed precursor is 206 amino acids long with a predicted molecular weight of 24KDa. This familly of proteins are structurally related and show antiproliferative activity. BTG4 protein is able to induce G1 arrest in the cell cycle. It is highly expressed in testis and in olfactory epithelium. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. Aliquot and store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
